Our Team

Company founder and CEO Paula Ashcraft brings over 20 years of professional process serving experience to Greentree Legal.  Her entrepreneurial journey includes successfully developing and selling two prior process service companies.  She’s held elected positions for over 4 years as Director, 2nd VP and Chair of the Financial Service Committee with the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS). Paula is known by her clients for consistently providing nationwide service of process with a strong emphasis on customer service and quality. Paula prides herself with staying in front of upcoming legislation affecting service of process throughout the country, ensuring the organization is well prepared, preventing any potential service disruption for the clients of Greentree Legal. Paula continues to pursue technological advancements to integrate and streamline the organization for optimum success.  

When Paula is not hard at work, she can usually be found either in her beloved garden, attending live music events and traveling.

Linda Dameron serves as Director of Operations, where she oversees daily operations and supports the overall efficiency and success of the organization. With over 14 years of professional leadership experience, Linda brings a strong background in operational leadership, process improvement, and team development.

Prior to joining Greentree Legal, Linda spent much of her career in the accounts receivable management industry, most recently serving as Director of Consumer Accounting at a receivables acquisition and management organization. In that role, she led accounting operations, established and strengthened processes, and supported organizational growth through a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

She is especially passionate about creating efficiencies through thoughtful process design and leading teams through an empathetic, people-first approach. Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance, which support her analytical and strategic leadership style.

Outside of work, Linda is deeply involved in the industry and her community through volunteerism. She also enjoys spending time with her soccer-loving family, playing golf, and expressing creativity through art.

Tom serves as our Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel. Having graduated from Indiana University with a business degree in 1986, he went on to earn his JD from Capital University Law School in 1989. He is a licensed attorney in both Ohio and Florida and is an active member in both state bar associations. He is a member of several trade organizations and served on committees with the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA) and the Receivables Management Association International (RMAi). He has been a Certified Receivable Compliance Professional through RMAi since 2015.

In addition to working with Greentree Legal, Tom is the CCO for other companies in the industry and serves as a business consultant to companies operating in the debt recovery space and other industries. A long time Columbus, Ohio resident and a father of three daughters and a recent grandfather, Tom enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, beekeeping, and gardening. He is known to enjoy good bourbon and cigars.

Nicki has over 17 years of experience working with creditors’ rights law firms. In Nicki’s previous role as Vendor Manager, she focused on managing a multi-state vendor network which included onboarding, quality, and compliance oversight. Throughout her career, Nicki has also held leadership roles managing timeline performance, client-facing audits as well as internal auditing and scorecard development. Her well-rounded experience in operations and vendor management reinforces Greentree Legals’ goal to deliver the highest quality of service to clients, and Nicki’s positivity influences the organizations’ affable team members. 

An exceptionally dedicated mom, Nicki spends most of her non-work hours attending kid’s sporting events and extracurricular activities, but on the rare occasion she’s idle, Nicki hopes for a rainy day to curl up and watch a movie.

As Greentree Legal’s National Vendor Manager, Kelly Kirchhoff brings over eight years of leadership experience in process serving operations and vendor management across multiple jurisdictions. Known for his ability to value, respect and build strong working relationships with our process server community. Kelly plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining compliance standards of Greentree’s vetted national network of process servers.

Before joining Greentree, Kelly served as National Civil Process Coordinator at a national process service company, where he led vendor restructuring efforts across high-volume states, introduced cost-saving measures, and trained teams on client-specific protocols and compliance standards. With a career foundation in legal operations and a strong background in building relationships, Kelly offers a unique blend of strategic insight, legal knowledge, and people-focused leadership.

Kelly holds a degree in Business Administration from Augustana College and is a certified Illinois Process Server and Notary Public. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated soccer referee, active community volunteer, and member of All Saints Lutheran Church’s Men’s Club, where he leads outreach and fundraising initiatives.
